1:1 Coaching for Women
My coaching is a deep, transformative space for women who are ready to reclaim their power, trust their bodies, and experience deeper connection in life, love, and pleasure.
We blend science and spirituality — working with attachment theory, nervous system regulation, inner child healing, embodiment practices, and self-intimacy work. Together, we dissolve self-doubt, awaken your desires, and help you step into relationships (with yourself and others) that feel authentic, passionate, and safe.
Online via zoom.
60 minute sessions
Commitment to coaching is required.
Minimum commitment is 3 months with either weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
Payment plans are available.
Reiki Healing & Training
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that clears stagnant energy, releases old patterns, and helps your body and mind find balance. In sessions, I work intuitively to soothe your nervous system, restore energetic flow, and support you in feeling grounded and centered. Reiki pairs beautifully with personal growth work — helping you process and release what no longer serves you so you can integrate deeper changes with ease.
I also offer Reiki training for those ready to learn how to channel this healing energy for themselves and others. This is something that will be done in person.
For healing sessions I am offering online Reiki.
Women’s Circles
Women’s circles are sacred spaces for connection, reflection, and empowerment. Each circle is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, be witnessed without judgment, and share in the collective wisdom of other women. Through guided practices, embodiment work, and open-hearted conversation, we create a container where vulnerability becomes strength and community becomes medicine.
What is different about my circles is that I like to host them in a beautiful dungeon space, where the environment represents embracing the taboo and delving into our shadows so that we can reclaim them.
